Born in 1981 in France, Simon Touaux is a self-taught visual artist and designer.

Passionated by art from his childhood, he explores various techniques such as drawing, painting, sculpture, woodworking, photography...

Since 2010, these multiple artistic approches have became his tools to create original sculptures composed of shadow and light. Searching for simplicity in an "organized randomness", his surprising work, minimalist and refined, invites to daydream and contemplate.

In a world in perpetual motion, his characters contrast with their softness and serenity. Their peaceful faces, far from the world's turmoil, invite us to question our own existence.
